While the “masses” are distracted the gamblers play on.

The Cabal-owned sector of the mass media is deploying all the “weapons of mass distraction” now available to them.  Meanwhile, clueless people lose their jobs, their homes, and any semblance of self-respect, and are longing for scapegoats to blame for their tragic fate.  Name-calling abounds as “the government” becomes the “enemy” and violence is spreading in different formats throughout the nation.

The guys who have bought out the government are still trading about a quadrillion dollars in derivatives and have “spooked” the Bank of International Settlements that is making an attempt to regulate this since the U.S. A. (managed by non-regulator Timothy Geithner) have failed to make any significant structural changes and the U.S. Congress has failed to pass any significant legislation toward this end.

However, a landmark ruling by the Kansas Supreme Court, i.e. Landmark National Bank v. Kesler, 2009 Kan.LEXIS 834 may give millions of threatened homeowners the legal  right to avoid foreclosure.  It held that a nominee company called Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems (MERS), a private company that registers mortgages electronically and tracks changes in ownership, has no standing to foreclose on 60 million mortgages!

I recommend you go to www.webofdebt.com/articles and look for the article on this by Ellen Brown, September 19, 2009 to get the full story.  What is important here is the last hope for “the people” could be the judiciary.  Although this applies only to Kansas, it could set a precedent for other states to follow.  Saturn goes into Libra Oct. 30^th.  This sign is concerned with justice and fairness.  It could be that the judicial system may be a major key to exposing and correcting the massive injustices to which people have been subjected.

Throughout America, defaults and foreclosures abound in every sector of the economy. As we march toward the Saturn/Pluto square that begins the end of this month, the system that is “too big to fail” may begin to default on itself.

The Chinese announced in August that they may no longer honor their "counter-party obligations" in connection with certain investment vehicles that employ Over-The-Counter Derivatives. This is a very big deal as similar "Structured Investment Vehicles" were presented and sold in huge quantities around the world to many entities. How this turns out is yet to be seen. If the Chinese choose to  default, and the matter goes to some kind of world court, and the Chinese are successfully able to prove intentional misrepresentation of the investment vehicles, this could snowball into one enormous beyond imagination bag of worms.

The Economy:

In previous newsletters, I predicted the rise of gold in the Fall.   I did not predict its rise to new heights in the first half of September.  Toward the end of the month, it took a “hit” but the new “lows” are higher than ever.   Fears concerning the weakness in the dollar will take a toll as Saturn is square Pluto from the end of this month into November, right on the Venus (currency) of the U.S.A. and on the Venus of Pres. Obama.  This should bring about another upward movement in gold.

We have been experiencing a bear market rally based on profit margins that have come about not from revenues but as the result of massive employee layoffs.  The transiting lunar nodes are hitting the U.S.A. Mercury/Pluto opposition and Saturn will square the galactic center, moving financial markets downward, especially after the new moon in Libra on the 18^th.  I do not like to make predictions with regard to financial exchanges because there is massive manipulation from behind the scenes by ruling financial elites, and these markets frequently do not reflect what is really going on in the economy at large.  However, for safe keeping, I would keep my money in conservative investments at this time.

 Bottom line – Employment:

We need to stop “outsourcing” in this nation except in places where we sell directly to the countries where we have factories.  At the very least, we need to tax corporations who build factories abroad and give tax breaks to those who locate in the U.S.A. (a campaign promise by Obama that has yet to be realized).  We need to get rid of Visas that bring in Indian software developers who will take a job that should pay $50,000 a year, but who will work for $10,000.  We have created a third world of unemployed or underemployed citizens, gang crime is accelerating, millions are in prison, and homelessness is expanding across the nation.  We are trapped in wars that are senseless, cruel, and are bankrupting our nation.  The debate over healthcare is being controlled by lobbyists in that industry.  Inequality of opportunity, human rights, and basic essentials are becoming entrenched in our national character.  Our institutions are failing.  But the “casino” keeps operating.

Speaking of healthcare, I do believe something will be passed by the end of this year, but my take is that it will be a “piecemeal” bill with loopholes in it that make real reform far from a reality.

Other Nations:

Iran’s astrological charts have been and are taking major hits.  The fears over their getting nuclear weapons have recently been accelerated since a new underground nuclear plant has been “uncovered”.  In addition to the Saturn/Uranus opposition hitting their chart, the Saturn/Pluto square is also colliding with their horoscopes.  Mars enters the sign of Leo on the 17^th of this month, retrogrades Dec. 20^th this year until March 9^th of 2010, traveling through the sign until June 7th.  In May of 2010, all of these factors combine to predict possible war, upheaval, and revolution.  In addressing this issue, I would like to pose several crucial questions:  Has Iran attacked any nation in the 20th or 21st Century?  The answer is, no. (Iraq attacked Iran in the 1980s starting a war that lasted nearly 8 years and ended in a stalemate).  Has an international agency inspected their nuclear installations and found any evidence at all of building nuclear weapons?  The answer is: yes, they have been inspected and, no nuclear weaponry has been found.  Who has invaded and occupied nations in the Middle East? The U.S. has invaded and occupied Iraq and Afghanistan.  Israel invaded the sovereign nation of Lebanon in 2006.  Both the U.S. and Israel have stockpiles of nuclear weapons and neither has been allowed to be inspected.

Israel’s chart has an important grouping of planets in Leo.  The last time Mars transited in Leo in 2006, Israel invaded the sovereign nation of Lebanon.  My take is that the Israeli leadership is impatiently waiting for the U.S.A. to approve their invasion of Iran.  Such an invasion would be the “final blow” to any kind of Middle Eastern stability, skyrocket the price of oil, further destabilize Pakistan, and march us into a real world war by the Summer of 2010.  There will be more efforts made this month with regard to peace talks between Israel and the Palestinians.

Let us hope that the cooler heads will prevail.

Swords into Plowshares

The horror of war is written across the faces and bodies of our young men and women in the military as they return from Iraq and Afghanistan with their limbs blown off or their psyches wounded almost beyond repair.  The millions of innocents killed or displaced in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan are rarely discussed in our media.  Instead, terrorists that are and always have been lurking in America are being used to justify our foreign invasions in an ultimately vain attempt to control oil fields,  keep the economic war machine going, employ young people who otherwise would not have jobs, and benefit the ruling military and financial elite.

I am becoming increasingly convinced that a series of major upheavals, forecasted by the planetary movements, will be necessary to wake up the earth and its people and stop the insanity.  I do not think we can truly alter climate change in our lifetimes and instead, must move to prepare ourselves for its inevitability.  I strongly recommend moving inland to places of elevation, away from major volcanic or earthquake zones, where there are plentiful fresh water aquifers, rich farmland, and, most of all, communities where helpfulness, cooperation, and real democratic governance is in place.

Ultimately, the ancient prophecies that the human race will be transformed, that we will go from a predator/prey civilization to living in harmony with plants, animals, and each other, that the “prince of peace” will reveal himself to be the highest expression residing in each and every one of us, will move from the realm of a seemingly unattainable prediction to a clear and present reality.
